Impact Strong has been amazing so far! Sonya and Alina lead workouts that go fast but really make you work! I leave the gym every day sore but smiling and satisfied with how hard I worked. They push you to find your limits and help you to extend those limits every day! This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a gym and would recommend it for anyone willing to trust them and work as hard as they can!

Impact Strong Manalapan is a dynamic workout cut into two half hours. One half hour is #kickboxing. One half hour is #HIIT. Want to take just one? Sure! Wanna do the full hour and get a full body workout? You can do that, too. I was there for both “hour” sessions today and I have a few observations: 1) the instructors, Sonya and Alina, are funny, motivating, and will KICK YOUR BUTT! 2) the gym has kettlebells, bosu balls, boxing bags, Trx like straps, and ... Bob, you’ll meet Bob. 3) the members LOVED every second of the torture and were friendly and engaging. If I didn’t live close to an hour away from this location, I wouldn’t think twice about joining. Local friends, give them a try. They also do weight loss challenges, nutritional counseling, and they make you part of their family. One of the more enjoyable experiences having my muscles destroyed!

Stopped in two months ago , took a trial class and loved it. I signed up same day and it is by far the best gym I’ve ever belonged to. They treat you like family and encourage you the whole way.
